2. PAYMENTS

3. CANCELLATIONS (by Registrants)
- Cancellations must be completed by notifying conference committees via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
- Registrant cancellations received before 28 April 2017 will receive a full refund.
- Registrant cancellations received before 12 May 2017 will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the registration price.
- Registrant cancellations received after 19 May 2017 or failure to attend without notice, will be charged for the full conference fee.
4. PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP REFUND
There is no refund for any cancellations or failure to attend the Pre-conference workshop. Any cancellation or modification received less than 72 hours prior to arrival will incur the charge.
