3. CANCELLATIONS (by Registrants)

  1. Cancellations must be completed by notifying conference committees via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  2. Registrant cancellations received before 28 April 2017 will receive a full refund.
  3. Registrant cancellations received before 12 May 2017 will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the registration price.
  4. Registrant cancellations received after 19 May 2017 or failure to attend without notice, will be charged for the full conference fee.

There is no refund for any cancellations or failure to attend the Pre-conference workshop. Any cancellation or modification received less than 72 hours prior to arrival will incur the charge.
